Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain backend services for

  real-time communications

  (voice calls, live chat, email pipelines).
• Implement integrations with

  Twilio

  ,

  email APIs

  ,

  Google/Outlook/Apple calendars

  , and

  CRM platforms

  (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.).
• Develop scalable APIs that connect external services to the

  AI core (Python/LangChain)

  .
• Support

  survey agent

  and

  social media integrations

  for customer feedback and marketing.
• Collaborate with Full Stack and AI engineers to deliver seamless end-to-end workflows.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years backend engineering experience (Node.js preferred).
• Strong knowledge of

  real-time systems

  (WebSockets, streaming APIs).
• Hands-on experience with

  Twilio

  (or equivalent telephony platforms).
• Familiarity with

  email, CRM, and calendar APIs

  .
• Proven ability to integrate complex third-party services into production SaaS apps.
• Bonus: experience with survey/call automation or social media APIs.
• Expert-level Twilio Voice (TwiML, streaming, webhooks).
• Strong Node.js background with event-driven systems.
• Experience integrating real-time STT/TTS APIs.
• Deep knowledge of low-latency audio processing.
• Previous IVR/voice bot experience a strong plus.
