Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Technical Requirement :

Data Analysis & Reporting
comfortable with KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics.
CRM Tools
proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho
MS Office Suite / Google Workspace
especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reporting).
ERP / Operations Software
(SAP, NetSuite)

Sales Support & Strategy :

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
Manage key client accounts and support relationship building.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
Analyse sales performance data and provide actionable insights to leadership.

Operations Management

Oversee day-to-day sales operations, ensuring smooth coordination between teams.
Streamline processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer experience.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with marketing to align campaigns with sales objectives.
Partner with technical or service delivery teams to ensure customer needs are met.

Reporting & Compliance:

Prepare regular reports on sales forecasts, pipeline activity, and operational KPIs.
Ensure compliance with company policies, contracts, and regulatory requirements
