Senior AWS Technology Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect & Implement

  : Design and deploy advanced AWS cloud solutions that deliver scalability, resilience, and security.

• Champion DevOps

  : Lead best practices in CI/CD, automation, infrastructure as code, containerization, and observability.

• Linux Leadership

  : Oversee Linux systems administration, performance optimization, and security hardening in production landscapes.

• Mentorship & Guidance

  : Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and foster a culture of continuous learning and excellence.

• Cloud Governance

  : Drive standards in cost management, compliance, and security frameworks.

• Customer Engagement

  : Collaborate with clients and stakeholders, translating business needs into robust, outcome-driven solutions.

• Business Alignment

  : Work with internal and external teams to ensure cloud strategies align with business objectives.

• Innovation

  : Stay at the forefront of AWS and cloud advancements, recommending emerging technologies and practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

• AWS Expertise

  : Deep knowledge of core AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, EKS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, CloudFront, Route53).

• DevOps Mastery

  : Proficiency with CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab, CodePipeline), IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation, CDK), and scripting (Bash/Python).

• Linux Proficiency

  : Advanced skills in system administration, troubleshooting, security, and optimization.

• Containers & Orchestration

  : Hands-on expertise with Docker and Kubernetes (EKS preferred).

• Security & Compliance

  : Strong understanding of IAM, KMS, GuardDuty, WAF, and compliance frameworks (ISO, SOC2, GDPR).

• Leadership

  : Proven track record of leading technical teams, mentoring engineers, and communicating with both technical and business stakeholders.

• Customer Handling

  : Demonstrated ability to work directly with clients, manage expectations, and deliver successful engagements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional (or equivalent).
  
• Exposure to

  consulting frameworks

  and structured solution delivery approaches.
• Experience in multi-cloud or hybrid architectures.
  
• Knowledge of FinOps and cloud cost governance.
  
• Hands-on experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch, X-Ray).
