Job Description

As an IT & Tech Engineering Professional at Allianz Technology, your role will involve utilizing a range of tech skills and soft skills to contribute to the success of the team. In this role, you will be required to have a strong understanding of various tech skills and soft skills to effectively contribute to the team at Allianz Technology. **Key Responsibilities:** - Understand and implement code management and release approaches, including monorepo/multirepo concepts. - Demonstrate a good understanding of functional programming and software development life cycle (SDLC) principles like DRY, KISS, and SOLID. - Familiarity with authorization and authentication methods such as ABAC, RBAC, JWT, SAML, AAD, OIDC. - Work with No SQL databases like DynamoDB and UI development tools such as React, hooks, and typescript. - Implement event-driven architecture using queues, streams, batches, and pub/subs. - Apply knowledge of functional programming concepts like list/map/reduce/compose and monads. - Understand scalability, concurrency, network connectivity, and CI/CD pipelines utilizing GitFlow, Github, GitOps. - Possess expertise in at least 2 programming languages like Python, Typescript, Golang and operating Kubernetes clusters. - Create custom CRD, operators, controllers, and experience in developing serverless cloud applications. - Deep knowledge of AWS cloud with a basic understanding of Azure cloud. **Qualifications Required:** - Strong communication and leadership skills to supervise team members, delegate tasks, provide feedback, evaluate risks, and resolve conflicts. - Proficiency in project and crisis management, problem-solving, innovation, ownership, and vision. - Fluency in software architecture, software development, systems testing, and technical guidance. - Ability to make technical decisions, shape solutions, and enforce development practices including quality gates like code reviews, pair programming, and team reviews meetings.,
