Senior Automobiles Spares Parts Manager

As a Senior Automobile Spare Parts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement, storage, and issuance of materials, including vehicle spare parts, tools, accessories, oil, etc. You will also be managing the liquidation of old stock. Your primary objective will be to ensure efficient spare part management. Key Responsibilities: - Maintaining accurate records of spare parts for materials and equipment. - Executing spare sales in accordance with monthly targets. - Implementing inventory optimization strategies to keep stock levels below the threshold. - Planning, strategizing, and executing plans to liquidate old/dead stock as per specified targets. - Ordering materials only from authorized Mahindra vendors. - Ensuring 100% stock accuracy between the DMS and physical stock with zero tolerance for variance. - Keeping VOR (Vehicle off Roading) orders in single digits per month. - Adhering to monthly stock audits. - Managing store staff at base and branches, including training and development as required. - Demonstrating strong teamwork, communication, and problems solving skills. Educational Qualifications Required: - Minimum 10 years of experience in the automobile field. - Degree/certificate in inventory management or a related field. - Proficiency in MS-Excel. This is a full-time position based in Gwalior, MP. The salary is open for negotiation, and a performance bonus is included.
