Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Automation & MDM Specialist with 56 years of experience in IT automation, Microsoft technologies, and mobile device management. The ideal candidate will have strong scripting and integration skills, hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, and a solid understanding of managing industrial and mobile devices. Familiarity with ServiceNow API integrations and mobile billing processes is also essential. Key Responsibilities: Automation & Scripting: Develop and maintain automation solutions using PowerShell . Design and implement Power Automate flows , Power Apps , and Power BI dashboards. Integrate automation with Microsoft 365 services, Graph API , and ServiceNow API . Mobile & Industrial Device Management: Administer and support Microsoft Intune and VMware Workspace ONE for mobile and industrial device management. Configure and enforce compliance, security policies, and application deployment for a variety of endpoints including industrial devices (e.g., rugged tablets, scanners, IoT-enabled devices). API Integration: Utilize Microsoft Graph API and ServiceNow API for automation, data integration, and workflow enhancements. Reporting & Analytics: Build and maintain Power BI reports for device compliance, automation metrics, and billing insights. Mobile Billing & Invoicing: Collaborate with finance teams to manage mobile billing , validate invoices, and optimize costs. Required Skills & Qualifications: 56 years of experience in IT automation and device management. Strong expertise in PowerShell scripting and Microsoft Power Platform . Proficient in Microsoft Graph API and ServiceNow API integrations. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune , Workspace ONE , and industrial device management . Understanding of mobile billing and invoice reconciliation. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
