Senior Automation & MDM Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Automation & Scripting:

• Develop and maintain automation solutions using

  PowerShell

  .
• Design and implement

  Power Automate flows

  ,

  Power Apps

  , and

  Power BI

  dashboards.
• Integrate automation with Microsoft 365 services,

  Graph API

  , and

  ServiceNow API

  .

• Mobile & Industrial Device Management:

• Administer and support

  Microsoft Intune

  and

  VMware Workspace ONE

  for mobile and industrial device management.
• Configure and enforce compliance, security policies, and application deployment for a variety of endpoints including

  industrial devices

  (e.g., rugged tablets, scanners, IoT-enabled devices).

• API Integration:

• Utilize

  Microsoft Graph API

  and

  ServiceNow API

  for automation, data integration, and workflow enhancements.

• Reporting & Analytics:

• Build and maintain

  Power BI

  reports for device compliance, automation metrics, and billing insights.

• Mobile Billing & Invoicing:

• Collaborate with finance teams to manage

  mobile billing

  , validate invoices, and optimize costs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 56 years of experience in IT automation and device management.
• Strong expertise in

  PowerShell scripting

  and

  Microsoft Power Platform

  .
• Proficient in

  Microsoft Graph API

  and

  ServiceNow API

  integrations.
• Hands-on experience with

  Microsoft Intune

  ,

  Workspace ONE

  , and

  industrial device management

  .
• Understanding of

  mobile billing

  and invoice reconciliation.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
