Role Overview: As a Senior Automation Consultant at Wipro Limited, your role involves bridging the gap between technology and business know-how to deliver client solutions. You will be responsible for driving end-to-end processes, providing techno-functional support, customizing ERP solutions, implementing business processes, and deploying automation tools for process optimization. Key Responsibilities: - Bridge the gap between project and support teams through techno-functional expertise - Drive end-to-end processes for new business implementation projects - Check feasibility of new change requirements and provide optimal solutions with clear timelines - Provide techno-functional support for new business implementations, including building the entire system from scratch - Support solutioning team from architectural design to testing and implementation - Customize, extend, modify, localize, or integrate existing products through coding, testing, and production - Implement business processes and ERP technology to translate them into ERP solutions - Write code as per developmental standards and decide on implementation methodology - Provide product support and maintenance for specific ERP solutions, resolving technical problems and queries - Create and deploy automation tools/solutions for process optimization and efficiency increase - Provide solutioning and advice to clients or internal teams based on technical and functional requirements - Support on-site manager with necessary details regarding changes and offer off-site support - Skill upgradation and competency building: - Clear Wipro exams and internal certifications to upgrade skills - Attend trainings and seminars to enhance knowledge in functional/technical domains - Write papers, articles, case studies, and publish them on the intranet Qualification Required: - Clear understanding of ERP systems and technologies - Strong coding skills and ability to customize, extend, and integrate products - Experience in providing techno-functional support for new business implementations - Proficiency in process optimization and automation tools/solutions - Strong communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams effectively Additional Details: Wipro Limited is a leading technology services and consulting company focused on building innovative solutions for clients' digital transformation needs.
