Join us to create an exceptional experience for yourself and contribute to building a better working world for all. **Key Responsibilities:** - Help build trust and confidence by promoting transparency, clarity, and consistency. - Report on the fairness in all material respects in clients' audited financial statements. - Provide organizations with greater confidence, better business perspective, and enhanced audit transparency to deliver high-quality audits. - Review and audit the impacts of global multi-year finance transformation programs. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Audit & Management Control, Corporate Finance, Business Administration, or Economics; a Swiss university degree is an asset. - Possession of a certified public accountant's diploma or similar diploma (Swiss CPA, DEC, ACCA, etc.). - 2-4 years of external audit experience, preferably in a Big Four firm. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; French and German language skills are advantageous. - Strong interpersonal skills, including effective communication, building relationships, maintaining a positive outlook, and working well under pressure. - Strong understanding of IT's impact on financial reporting, interest in digital audit techniques, and IT integration. **Additional Company Details:** EY exists to build a better working world, creating long-term value for clients, people, and society while fostering trust in the capital markets.
