As a Senior Audit Executive - Information Technology in the Internal Audit department of the bank, you will be responsible for independently managing internal audits by creating checklists, conducting audits, publishing reports, and preparing presentations. Your role will contribute to the larger objectives of the bank by making the audit process more efficient. **Key Responsibilities:** - Administer the bank's annual audit plan - Conduct internal audits of bank functions assigned by the Head of Internal Audit - Manage detailed planning, risk assessment, scoping, and resourcing of complex audit projects - Execute audit plans within agreed timelines, draft reports, and finalize them with the auditee - Review working papers prepared by subordinates and take ownership - Identify critical areas for continuous monitoring and develop necessary exception reports - Support in developing operational expertise and leverage in internal audits - Develop key metrics, trends, and strategic analysis for senior management - Prepare audit committee presentations and ensure critical issues are included with an action plan - Follow-up on compliance to audit reports and conduct special audits as required - Provide guidance and training to project team members in Internal Audit - Capture and share best-practice knowledge among the team - Promote collaborative learning and collective ownership of responsibilities - Leverage in-house synergies through collaboration with internal stakeholders - Stay updated on global market trends and competitor strategies **Qualifications Required:** - Graduation: Bachelor of Commerce (B.com), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc), Bachelor of Arts (BA), Bachelor of Business & Insurance (BBI), Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS) - Post-graduation: Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Commerce (M.com), Master of Arts (MA) - Experience: 5 to 10 years of relevant experience You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of internal audits while contributing to the bank's overall objectives.,
