The Finance and Compliance Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing a range of financial, statutory, and compliance tasks within various domains. As the Finance and Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of financial information while upholding regulatory standards. Collaboration with internal teams, external auditors, and stakeholders is essential to maintain financial integrity and operational efficiency. Your key responsibilities will include financial management, taxation, and statutory compliance, which involves assisting with UAE VAT filing and overseeing financial compliance for multiple international locations such as South Africa, Malaysia, Singapore, and UAE. Additionally, you will be involved in audit and reporting activities, corporate compliance, governance, operational support, and various other tasks to ensure overall financial health. You are expected to possess a range of skills and competencies that will contribute to the success of the finance and compliance functions. Key deliverables for this role include managing quarterly TDS returns and UAE VAT filings to ensure compliance with regulations. To qualify for this position, a Bachelor's degree is required, along with 4 to 7 years of relevant experience. This is a full-time, permanent role with benefits including Provident Fund.
