Senior Assoicate, Treasures Relationship Manager, Consumer Banking Group

Role Overview: As a Wealth Manager at DBS Consumer Banking Group, your main goal is to deliver exceptional volume and revenue performance by acquiring and engaging with DBS Treasures clients with AUM > INR 20 Million. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels through proactive client engagement, relationship management, and cross-selling of DBS products and services. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in driving exemplary customer service and ensuring internal and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Acquire and upgrade quality Treasures clients in the branch location areas - Deepen wallet share of existing customers through retention and growth of AUM - Achieve monthly and annual volume and revenue objectives - Activate e-Channels and drive Savings Book growth - Implement and execute product strategies through effective relationship management - Develop client trust and loyalty through lifestyle and beyond banking propositions - Optimize product mix and enhance client coverage - Deliver exemplary customer service and uphold DBS service standards - Ensure internal and regulatory compliance through strict adherence to sales processes Qualifications Required: - 6-12 years of experience in HNI Sales, Wealth Management, or Private Banking segment - Sound understanding of financial planning and wealth management products in India - Knowledge of local market, competition, and regulatory guidelines - AMFI, IRDAI, FEDAI certifications with BCSBI certification (added advantage) - Graduate / Post Graduate with MBA in relevant field Additional Company Details: DBS India emphasizes a culture of performance through value-based propositions, customer focus, and continuous improvement.
