Senior Associate - Workday HCM Consultant

Role Overview: At PwC, as a Senior Associate in business application consulting, you will specialize in providing consulting services for Workday human capital management (HCM) applications. Your role will involve analyzing client requirements, implementing HCM software solutions, and offering training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Workday HCM applications. By working in this area, you will help clients optimize their human resources processes, enhance talent management, and achieve their strategic objectives. You will be part of a team of problem solvers, contributing to solving complex business issues from strategy to execution. Key Responsibilities: - Use feedback and reflection to develop self-awareness, personal strengths, and address development areas. - Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the chosen domain and come up with Client POC/POV for integrating/emerging technologies like BlockChain, AI, etc. - Mentor Junior resources within the team, conduct KSS and lessons learnt. - Be flexible to work in stretch opportunities/assignments and demonstrate critical thinking in bringing order to unstructured problems. - Review ticket quality and deliverables, provide status reporting for the project, and adhere to SLAs and incident/change/problem management processes. - Uphold professional and technical standards, the Firm's code of conduct, and independence requirements. - Demonstrate leadership capabilities by working with clients directly, leading engagements, and contributing to cross-team collaboration. - Contribute to COE activities, escalation/risk management, and uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.
