Job Description

You should be a graduate with a minimum of 1-3 years of experience, preferably in the Insurance sector. It is essential to adhere to attending process Knowledge tests and Refresher trainings to enhance your skills. Meeting SLAs for Internal Processes and updating work log sheets daily with zero defects are crucial tasks. Daily Reporting for Productivity and generating Process Improvement Ideas should be part of your routine. Your aim should be to achieve maximum Customer satisfaction by ensuring complete, transparent, and frequent communication with your supervisors. Adhering to the communication plan and rigor as agreed with the business is equally important.
