Job requirement:
IATA or Diploma Degree in the travel field or equivalent Travel Diploma
1-2yrs of Interline experience.
Knowledge of PRA (Sales, Proration, Uplift, Interline)
Revenue accounting system knowledge preferred
Previous experience of the travel business
Maintaining the minimum performance measures metrics , AHT, Quality, etc
Team players with a disposition to learn Adaptability and Responsibility
Comfortable to work in rotational shift and weekly offs Overtime as and when required.
