ü Handle day-to-day Studio & Store Operation activities

ü Select and assemble proper equipment, and choose settings and props based on client’s wishes and theme of the photo shoot.

ü Properly light subjects using artificial or natural lighting and using flashes and reflectors where necessary.

ü Determine desired images and compositions and choose equipment, props, settings and lighting to achieve desired results.

ü Retouch, resize and enhance images as needed using Photoshop or other photography software.

ü Taking the brief from the client to understand specifications and work closely with your team to develop the concept

ü Capturing and processing images until you achieve the desired results

ü Shooting different poses that don’t look posed

ü Constantly improve image quality using various editing methods

ü Use and maintain modern and traditional technical equipment (cameras, lenses, etc.)

ü Archive photographic images and maintain database

ü Maintain an in-depth understanding of photographic best practices and procedures

ü Captures memories and creates exceptional experiences for our clients.

ü Creates content with an exceptional range of creative, technical, and documentary imagery.

ü Maintains relationships with clients, team members, models, stylists, hair/makeup artists, and assistants, etc.

ü Collaborates with Marketing, Design, and Retail teams.

ü Executes standard photography operation procedures including image editing techniques, tools, processes, and guidelines.

ü Ensures studio output exceeds industry standards and expectations.

ü Drives towards continuous improvement and creative solutions.

ü Keeps equipment up to date, organized, and maintained.

ü Oversees brand standards, lighting technique, and image quality.

ü Utilizes up-to-date knowledge of product trends, consumer buying, and photography/imaging technology to enhance product photo presentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
