Senior Associate - RFP Content Management (Private Equity)

Position reports to Assistant Director

Job Purpose

DraftRFPs/RFIs/DDQs

Source/draftcontent with information available and/or by collaborating with various subjectmatter experts within the client team

Languagemaintenance on internally maintained repository and/or content management tools(Loopio/Qvidian/ Responsive) by updating the tools with accurate information

Work on fundraising support, marketing presentations, client reports, lead generation etc.

Coordinatewith client internal and external teams to ensure flawless and timely executionof projects

Stay abreastof developments in terms of changes in clients internal structure, staffing,product performance and competitive strengths

Update andmanage consultant databases.

Key Competencies

Stronganalytical and writing skills - knowledge of RFPs/RFIs/DDQs creation

Existingknowledge within Private Equity space and interest in financial assetmanagement industry and familiarity with industry jargon

Strongunderstanding of RFP data management tools; Qvidian, Responsive, Loopio, RocketDocs etc.

Strongcommunication (written/verbal) and client engaging skills

Strongknowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-drivenenvironment

Ability todevelop and maintain lasting relationships with senior professionals; goodinterpersonal skills; goal-oriented

Ability to bea team player and contribute to the development of the team.

Strong workethics, commitment to excel and proven ability to work with minimum supervision.

Qualification Required

Bachelors or masters degree in finance, Economics or Business management
