Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full-cycle IT recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates
• Work extensively on

  contractual and permanent staffing

  requirements
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
• Assess technical skills (Java, Python, etc.) and cultural fit of candidates
• Coordinate interviews and negotiate offers with candidates
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports

Requirements:

• Proven experience in

  IT recruitment

  , with a focus on contracting & staffing
• Strong understanding of technical requirements (Java, Python, etc.)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• Based in Bangalore (or open to relocate)
