Senior Associate - OneTrust Cookie Consent

Job Description

We are looking for a full-time OneTrust Implementation Consultant to join our GRC team. You will be responsible for implementing OneTrust multi-module solutions for our clients, including the configuration and management of OneTrust cookie consent module for complex financial services environments. You will also collaborate with privacy and ServiceNow GRC teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to our clients. Roles and responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end implementation of OneTrust cookie consent module for complex and diverse application portfolio. Serve as the main client contact, managing relationships, gathering requirements, coordinating with application teams and delivering tailored OneTrust solutions. Configure custom workflows, integrations, and policies within OneTrust based on client privacy and compliance needs. Stay updated on OneTrust features, privacy regulations, and industry trends to improve client services. Assist application teams in configuring Cookie Consent for complex applications and report project progress. Customize Policy and Notice Management for current privacy policies and advise on Cookie Compliance. Train client personnel on OneTrust modules and provide handover to client teams post onboarding applications to OneTrust platform. Learn new GRC technologies like ServiceNow and AuditBoard to keep pace with industry trends and client requirements. EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS (MUST NOTE REQUIRED OR PREFERRED) B.
