To excel in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's Degree, along with 8+ years of work experience in high-growth environments, preferably in healthcare, technology, or startup sectors. Strong organizational and communication skills, tech-savviness, attention to detail, and proficiency in English are key requirements for this position.
