Senior Associate, Marketing Operations

Role Overview: Plum is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to play a crucial role in transforming complex data into valuable insights for their marketing efforts. As the analytical backbone of the marketing engine, you will be responsible for developing systems that drive tangible impact. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze bulk marketing data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization. - Create dashboards and reports that effectively translate numerical data into actionable marketing strategies. - Identify process gaps and devise solutions to streamline operations and enhance efficiency. - Manage the marketing technology stack to ensure seamless data flow across different platforms. - Develop forecasting models to gauge campaign performance and allocate budgets effectively. - Provide data-driven recommendations to support strategic decision-making. Qualifications Required: - 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations, data analytics, or business intelligence. - Proficiency in Advanced Excel/SQL for managing large datasets. - Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot and Marketo, as well as CRM systems. - Experience using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, and Power BI. - Skills in statistical analysis, A/B testing, and data visualization. - Knowledge of marketing attribution modeling and experience in creating dashboards. - Proficiency in project management, process documentation, and marketing mix modeling. - Preferred experience in InsurTech/FinTech/Healthcare industries. - Good to have skills in Python/R programming, customer data platform (CDP) usage, and marketing mix modeling knowledge.,
