The Brand, Marketing & Communications (BMC) team is on an exciting journey to create a world-class marketing function that achieves the highest strategic impact for EY. We are investing significantly in priority account activation and development to deliver an exceptional and personalized user experience. As a Senior Associate, you will collaborate with the Global BMC Marketing Excellence for Account Leaders and managers to support strategic marketing plans aimed at growing and developing key global accounts. Your key responsibilities include supporting the operationalization of Global BMC Governance, connecting with colleagues to recognize commercial opportunities, delivering the Marketing Excellence for Account program, building relationships across BMC, Markets, Insights, and account teams, and driving lead generation and conversion along the client lifecycle. To qualify for the role, you must have excellent communication, presentation, and networking abilities, the ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure, experience in project management/execution, proactive and results-oriented mindset, strong business understanding and commercial acumen, marketing measurement and analytical skills, and experience in marketing, communications, or business development. Ideally, you'll also have solid knowledge of marketing channels, familiarity with B2B demand generation or account-based marketing, experience in a cross-border environment, and knowledge of Account-Based Platforms like Marketo, Salesforce, Demandbase, and CRM Tools.
