We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to lead product strategy and execution in an Agile environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product lifecycle management, stakeholder collaboration, and Agile delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

· Define and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into user stories.

· Prioritize features and enhancements based on value, effort, and strategic fit.

· Work closely with Scrum teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

· Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring user needs are central to product decisions.

· Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide clear guidance to development teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· 6–12 years of experience in product management or business analysis, with at least 3+ years as a Product Owner.

· Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

· Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.

· Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.

· Product Owner certification (CSPO, SAFe PO/PM) is a plus.
