We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to lead product strategy and execution in an Agile environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product lifecycle management, stakeholder collaboration, and Agile delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into user stories.

Prioritize features and enhancements based on value, effort, and strategic fit.

Work closely with Scrum teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring user needs are central to product decisions.

Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide clear guidance to development teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

612 years of experience in product management or business analysis, with at least 3+ years as a Product Owner.

Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.

Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.

Product Owner certification (CSPO, SAFe PO/PM) is a plus.
