Senior Associate, Investment Product Manager, Consumer Banking Group

Responsibilities include: * Growing income from Mutual Fund distribution business and Asset under Management (AUMs) in alignment with budgets. * Conceptualizing innovative products to generate investment income. * Coordinating with the regional team for new product approval and business metric updates. * Conducting regular reviews of existing Mutual Fund schemes and providing input in the fund selection process. * Creating product awareness through campaigns and providing product training to branches and relationship managers. * Driving Mutual Fund penetration and increasing product awareness across channels through marketing campaigns. * Ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and streamlining processes for efficiency. Requirements: * Sales Management: Achieving investment budget targets, monitoring business productivity, and driving marketing campaigns for customer engagement. * Product Management: Managing various products launched for customers, identifying process improvement opportunities, and improving sales and operational journeys. * Communication Management: Organizing sales and marketing campaigns through digital and offline channels. * Other activities: Collaborating with internal teams for regulatory changes, executing legal agreements, and ensuring operational efficiency.
