Senior Associate- Hedge Funds Operations

Work for Asset Management client base supporting business practices related to client reporting & publishing, and market data management.

Responsibilities as a Senior AssociateSupport the operations of Client Reporting functions of Hedge Funds or any Investment Management Fund

• Input and synthesize data from client provided materials and client platforms for periodical publishing to clients teams daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly
• Update financial inputs client platform(s) into periodic reports - daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly - and prepare them for final publishing to client teams
• Source, compile and fetch/publish data into set client provided templates/formats and be compliant with the formats/requirements
• Research and resolve data gaps for news articles, companies, contacts/personnel involved in fund transactions or new launches
• Capture information on service providers of private equity funds and track their details weekly/monthly/Quarterly
• Updating the fund level performance data, NAV, cash & cash equivalents, PCAPs and its investment details directly from the fund documents
• Coordinate with client teams to source data to ensure adherence to report publishing timelines
• Delivering the highest service levels to clients and ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures
• Support the TL to maintain utilization, productivity, and quality standards with respect to client requirements

Qualifications:To succeed in this position, you must have:

• 1-3 years of prior experience in Asset Management/PE&VC/Hedge funds/M&A operations
• Strong quantitative skills and high attention to detail
• Should be able to independently engage with the clients with minimal supervision
• Have strong verbal and written communication skills; be able to communicate in a clear, constructive, and professional manner with diverse audiences
• Strong ability to handle escalations and lead them to appropriate solutions
• Good time management and demonstrated ability to perform under time pressure and to prioritize to handle multiple assignments
• Ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of Ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of private investment market products, across asset classes such as private equity, private debt, and private infrastructure
• Self-driven to learn new concepts of clients processes and provide solutions for seamless transitions
• MBA or equivalent in Finance /CFA/CA
