Job Summary:
The Senior Associate Funds will be responsible for overseeing daily operations related to fund accounting, investor reporting, compliance, and financial analysis. This role requires a strong understanding of investment fund structures, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting fund managers, auditors, and investors with accurate and timely financial data and insights.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and manage end-to-end fund accounting operations including NAV calculation, reconciliations, capital calls, and distributions.Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP).Liaise with fund administrators, custodians, auditors, legal teams, and investors to ensure accurate and timely reporting.Monitor fund performance and support in preparing investor reports, capital account statements, and other client deliverables.Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and best practices for fund governance.Analyze fund expenses and oversee the accrual and payment process.Assist in due diligence, fund onboarding, and setup of new structures or investment vehicles.Provide mentorship and support to junior team members.
