Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate to join our team at Firstsource Solutions Ltd, located in the BPO / Call Centre industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in this field.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
Provide training and guidance to junior team members to ensure knowledge sharing.
Identify and mitigate risks to ensure compliance with company policies.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in the BPO / Call Centre industry.
Strong understanding of business operations and processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Experience with process improvement initiatives and data analysis tools.
