Position Summary:
The Senior ServiceNow Developer HR Service Delivery (HRSD) is responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and implementing scalable ServiceNow HRSD solutions that enhance employee experience and streamline HR operations. This role requires deep technical expertise in ServiceNow HRSD, strong understanding of HR processes, and the ability to collaborate across HR, IT, and vendor teams to deliver high-quality, integrated solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop ServiceNow HRSD applications including Case Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events, and HR Knowledge Management.

to create personalized, role-based portals where employees find answers instantly and complete HR tasks effortlessly - Create dynamic
HR Service Catalogs
featuring intuitive request forms, contextual help, and automated fulfillment workflows - Develop and maintain robust integrations connecting HRSD with critical enterprise systems:

- Ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices and the Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
- Support upgrades, patching, and platform maintenance activities in collaboration with the ServiceNow Architect.
- Maintain documentation for configuration, customization, and technical design.
- Implement data security and role-based access controls in accordance with HR compliance requirements.
- Partner with HR business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical specifications.
- Collaborate with the
ServiceNow Architect
to design solutions aligned with enterprise architecture, CSDM standards, and ServiceNow best practices - Participate actively in
Agile/Scrum ceremonies
including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives - Support testing, validation, and deployment activities during upgrades and new module rollouts.
- Troubleshoot and resolve HRSD-related incidents and defects.
- Analyze user feedback and recommend platform improvements for better user experience and efficiency.
- Support ongoing optimization of HR workflows, knowledge bases, and employee self-service capabilities.

Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience developing in ServiceNow, including at least 2 years in HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
- Hands-on experience with:
- HR Case and Knowledge Management
- Employee Center / Employee Center Pro
- Lifecycle Events and COE (Center of Excellence) structures
- IntegrationHub and Flow Designer
- Scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs, etc.)
- Strong understanding of HR operations and employee experience processes (onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, etc.).
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum-based environments.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
Preferred:
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) HR Service Delivery
(Highly Preferred)- Experience integrating HRSD with SuccessFactors or Workforce Software.
- Familiarity with ITSM, ITOM, or other ServiceNow modules.
- Experience working in a global manufacturing or enterprise environment.
- Exposure to IRM, HR integrations, or Employee Experience initiatives.
