Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Functional Consultant to join our team, with 4+ years of experience in implementing Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, knowledge of key end-to-end business processes, and the ability to work closely with US counterparts. Roles and Responsibility Setup and configure the D365 application to meet client requirements. Unit test business processes to ensure they meet functional specifications. Create technical writing and documentation for implementation projects. Perform data conversion, including transformation and loading data into D365. Collaborate with US counterparts to manage workload and deliverables. Coach and mentor junior resources to enhance their skills. Oversee client delivery and quality on assigned projects. Job Requirements 4+ years of functional, hands-on experience with D365. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of key end-to-end business processes, including Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Receive to Ship (Warehouse Management), Plan to Produce (Manufacturing). Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Experience in ERP business process mapping and meeting tight deadlines. Familiarity with Indian market trends and regulations is an added advantage.
