Job Summary The Infra Dev Specialist will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing IBM WebSphere App Server environments within a hybrid work model. With a focus on Life and Annuities Insurance the specialist will ensure seamless application performance and contribute to the companys mission of delivering reliable insurance solutions. This position requires 8 to 12 years of experience and offers a day shift schedule. Responsibilities Manage and optimize IBM WebSphere App Server environments to ensure high availability and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement infrastructure solutions that align with business goals. Troubleshoot and resolve application server issues to minimize downtime and enhance user experience. Develop and maintain documentation for server configurations and procedures to support operational efficiency. Implement security measures and compliance standards to safeguard sensitive data and applications. Monitor server performance and conduct regular assessments to identify areas for improvement. Provide technical support and guidance to team members to foster a collaborative work environment.
