To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, along with 1-3 years of proven experience in customer success, client management, campaign management, and customer relations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency in CRM software, and the Microsoft Office Suite are essential.
