Job Summary:

Senior Associate 2 Chartered Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage end-to-end client engagements across [Audit / Tax / Financial Advisory] domains.
Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of assignments in accordance with regulatory and internal standards.
Review and finalize financial statements, reports, and other deliverables.
Provide guidance, mentorship, and technical support to junior team members.
Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and value-added insights.
Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to operational efficiencies.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, laws, and regulations (e.g., Ind AS, IFRS, Income Tax Act, Companies Act, GST, etc.).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects including due diligence, internal audits, and special reviews.
Assist in business development initiatives including proposal preparation and pitching.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Chartered Accountant (CA) qualified with at least
5 years of post-qualification experience
.
Strong technical expertise in accounting, auditing, taxation, or financial reporting.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally) is a plus.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple engagements and work under tight deadlines.
Leadership and team management experience preferred.
