Senior Associate - Channel Partnership

As a Senior Associate - Channel Partnership, your role will involve hunting for partnership accounts across various industries in India. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Communicating with incoming leads, understanding their business use case/industry, and volume potential, and ensuring a smooth onboarding and sales process - Negotiating with clients, handling objections with ease, and cross-selling and up-selling when required - Owning end-to-end closure of identified opportunities and achieving sales targets consistently - Building, maintaining, and forecasting a robust sales pipeline to achieve quarterly business goals - Ensuring maximum conversion rates through effective sales efforts and using sales tools efficiently - Understanding and working towards team/organization objectives, displaying agility, customer centricity, and efficient cross-functional working - Acting as the single point of contact for partners and driving resolution in a timely, proactive manner This role requires 2 - 4 years of sales experience in SaaS or a B2B setup, with a preference for experience in the fintech industry. Experience in handling partnerships or affiliate programs is also preferred. Strong communication skills, technical aptitude, interpersonal skills, and the ability to build rapport with customers are essential. You should be hands-on, self-motivated, results-oriented, organized, and reliable, with strong problem-solving skills. Additionally, you should be able to present and share insights with senior management effectively.,
