5. Experience in troubleshooting, software development processes and ability to understand the requirements
6. Co-ordination with internal departments for ensuring smooth business operations
7. Good working knowledge on open data base, Windows and Linux systems.
8. Proactive service improvement initiatives including trending incidents, root cause of technical issues
9. Follow and bring in industry best practices for certifications.

2) Coordinating and communication with stakeholders on tech related issues, technical standards deviation & solution implementation
3) Provide the outstanding support to banks and address the technical issues
4) Expertise in resolving technical issues
