Senior Associate - Career Training & Development

As an associate at our company, you will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with the Careers Preparation team to prepare students effectively for placements. Your role will involve conducting research, capturing data, and providing training and counseling to students. **Key Responsibilities:** - Designing, developing, and delivering tailored training initiatives for students - Working directly with students to devise solutions and set achievable goals - Offering career-related materials and counseling to align with students" skills - Monitoring counseling programs and evaluating individual and organizational development needs - Implementing various learning methods such as coaching, job shadowing, and online training - Designing and delivering soft skills courses, workshops, and other training sessions - Assessing the success of development plans and assisting students in maximizing learning opportunities - Maintaining the student database to ensure their readiness for placements **Qualifications Required:** - 1-3 years of experience in corporate training/L&D in HR, freelance training, student counseling, or teaching - Strong skills in analysis, planning, and strategy - Excellent communication, presentation, counseling, and persuasion skills - Energy, empathy, and a proactive attitude Internshala, where this position is based, offers a great work environment and has been recognized as a Great Place to Work twice in the last 4 years.
