Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Associate – Application and Communication to lead the end-to-end application process and student coordination. This role requires a proactive professional with a deep understanding of international admissions, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage a high volume of student interactions and documentation tasks with accuracy and confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the complete university application process for assigned student profiles.
• Coordinate directly with international universities for status updates, queries, and clarifications.
• Conduct quality checks on application forms, documents, and submissions to ensure compliance with university requirements.
• Review and organize key documents such as academic transcripts, recommendation letters, and financial statements.
• Guide students through country-specific document preparation, including visa requirements and scholarships.
• Maintain accurate records and track deadlines across multiple applications.
• Assist in writing or reviewing official communication to universities and other stakeholders.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to junior application associates.
• Collaborate with counseling and admissions teams to align the application strategy with student goals.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communication, Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in university applications, documentation, or education consultancy.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proven ability to manage multiple applications and coordinate with various stakeholders.
• Familiarity with international admission procedures, formats, and visa documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM or student management systems.

Preferred Experience:

• 4+ years in a relevant application processing role.
• Experience training or leading junior team members.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
