Job Purpose:


We're looking for a detail-oriented Associate -Accounting & Tax to join our team! If you're passionate about numbers, compliance, and client service—and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment—this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping tasks
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs, SOPs, and regulatory standards (VAT, Corporate Tax, IFRS)
  • Handle documentation, reporting, and quality control
  • Manage a portfolio of 25+ clients with high accuracy and efficiency
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and team collaboration
  • Maintain updated records in practice management systems and MIS

  • Solid understanding of UAE accounting standards and regulatory frameworks
  • Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills
  • A proactive, team-first mindset with a focus on productivity and adding value
