Role : Business Development Lead Location : Noida / Gurgaon Job Description/Key Responsibilities Coordinate with Account Managers and Pursuit Leads for RFPs. Form and lead solutioning teams. Run RFP working sessions. Collaborate with legal, compliance, and finance teams for required reviews and approvals. Coordinate with Centers of Excellence (CoEs) for competency details and case studies needed for RFP responses. Ensure timely and accurate completion of RFPs. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. 10+ years of experience in IT services, with a focus on the insurance industry. Experience in dealing with large size strategic RFPs that involves multiple service lines Proven track record in business development and RFP management. Strong leadership and team-building skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Show more Show less
