Senior Architect

Role Overview:
We seek an experienced Senior Architect to lead projects from concept to completion. You’ll shape design narratives, mentor junior team members, and ensure our architectural intent is realized with precision.

Responsibilities:

• Lead design development for residential/commercial projects, from schematic concepts to detailed execution.
• Produce technical drawings, 3D visualizations, and construction documents with meticulous accuracy.
• Spearhead client presentations, translating needs into thoughtful spatial solutions.
• Oversee on-site execution, resolving complex design and technical challenges.
• Guide material selection and sustainable design strategies tailored to Kerala’s climate and craft traditions.
• Mentor junior architects and coordinate with engineers, contractors, and craftsmen.

Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Architecture + 3+ years of post-qualification experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating residential projects with strong technical detailing.
• Mastery of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite (Revit proficiency preferred).
• Leadership ability—you articulate design vision while nurturing team growth.
• Site-savvy—you understand how drawings translate to built form.
