Accountant (Zoho Books)

Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage our day-to-day financial transactions and bookkeeping. The ideal candidate will have experience with Zoho Books and a knack for maintaining organized, accurate records.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records using Zoho Books (experience mandatory)
• Handle accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and expense tracking
• Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash
• Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with GST filings
• Support payroll processing and TDS calculations
• Coordinate with external auditors as needed

Ideal Candidate:

• 2+ years of professional accounting experience
• Proficiency in Zoho Books
• Basic knowledge of GST and TDS compliance
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Diploma/Degree in Commerce or related field (preferred)
