Job Title: Senior Architect

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹60,000 per month

Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Senior Architect to lead and manage architectural projects from concept to execution. The ideal candidate will have strong design skills, technical expertise, and the ability to handle client requirements while guiding the design team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design projects from initial concept to final execution.
• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements, budgets, and timelines.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, 3D visualizations, and presentations.
• Manage site execution and coordinate with contractors, engineers, and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and local by-laws.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and designers.
• Stay updated with the latest materials, technologies, and design trends.
• Oversee project quality, cost control, and timely delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 6–10 years of experience in architectural design & project execution.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3Ds Max, and other design software.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, construction details, and modern design trends.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in residential, commercial, or interior projects.
• Strong visualization and presentation abilities.
• Ability to manage client relationships effectively.
