Senior Architect

You will be joining SpineInfratech Pvt. Ltd., a design and infrastructure firm dedicated to delivering innovative architectural and interior design solutions for high-end residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. Your role as a Senior Architect will be crucial in shaping exceptional architectural projects by understanding client needs, developing tailored architectural concepts, and ensuring design integrity through all project phases. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with clients and stakeholders to align project vision, leading the development of architectural concepts, overseeing the production of drawings and construction documents, and coordinating with consultants and vendors for smooth project execution. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations, resolving technical issues, and mentoring junior architects and design team members. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture, a minimum of 6 years of experience in architectural design, proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp, as well as strong knowledge of construction techniques and building systems. Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills are essential, and experience with high-end residential and commercial projects is preferred. Knowledge of sustainability standards and green building practices would be a plus.
