Role Description

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Architect, with 5-10 years of professional experience on mid to large scale projects, to join our growing team. This role requires creativity, technical knowledge, and the ability to lead design in alignment with our firm's principles, processes and values. The Senior Architect is required to collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders across projects of various typologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the team from concept till completion across projects of various typologies.
• Engage with clients, present proposals, make detailed drawings, coordinate with consultants, review site execution, and incorporate feedback effectively.
• Prepare construction drawings, specifications, and documentation, ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards.
• Ensure that all deliverables meet the highest standards of design quality and technical accuracy.

Required Skill Sets

• 5-10 years of relevant experience on similar projects (non-negotiable).
• Proficiency in relevant design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent visualization and graphic presentation skills to effectively communicate ideas.
• Familiarity with local building codes, zoning regulations, and environmental policies.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for client presentations and stakeholder interactions.
