Role Description

We are looking for a proactive and experienced HVAC Draftsman, with 5+ years of professional experience (preferably on mid to large scale projects) to join our growing team. This role requires technical knowledge, creativity, and the ability to work in alignment with our firm's principles, processes and values. The HVAC Draftsman will be responsible for ducting design, MEP coordination, preparing shop drawings, and general HVAC design tasks.

Required Skill Sets

• 5+ years of relevant experience on similar projects (non-negotiable).
• Sound experience in HVAC drafting, good understanding of HVAC system and standards followed in HVAC system.
• Ability to coordinate MEP services in plans and sections.
• Ability to work on MS-Excel.
• Ability to work independently. HVAC engineer will only give guidance.
• Working knowledge & proficiency in Revit MEP Modelling will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
