Job Description:
We are looking for a highly experienced and visionary Senior Architect to lead the design and planning of residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven record in architectural innovation, project coordination, and sustainable design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural design from concept to execution.
• Oversee project planning, detailing, and coordination with structural and MEP teams.
• Review drawings, materials, and specifications for accuracy and feasibility.
• Ensure adherence to building codes and project timelines.
• Guide, train, and supervise a team of architects and designers.
• Present design proposals to management and clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• B.Arch / M.Arch with 15–20 years of professional experience.
• Proven experience in residential, township, or commercial projects.
• Strong design and visualization skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and related software.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
