Senior Architect

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Design Architect with a minimum of 7 years of professional experience in interior architecture and project execution. The ideal candidate should have strong design sensibility, technical proficiency, and a proven ability to manage high-end interior projects across all design phases—from concept to construction documentation.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Lead concept development, mood boards, and color/material selection.
• Prepare schematic designs, detailed drawings, and construction documentation (DD & CD).
• Create high-quality wall elevations, RCPs, and electrical layouts.
• Oversee FF&E detailing, specifications, and coordination.
• Conduct site visits, address design issues, and support construction administration.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and vendors.
• Mentor junior team members and maintain project timelines and quality.
• Ensure all drawings comply with codes and project requirements.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture mandatory.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in interior architecture/design.
• Strong knowledge of materials, millwork, lighting, and joinery details.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit/ArchiCAD is mandatory.
• Excellent communication, team management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects independently from start to finish.
• Must provide a portfolio of previous work showcasing design and technical expertise.

Basic Details:
Location – Primarily Indore Based , Travel expected on Project to Project Basis
Remuneration – Depending on exp. and caliber of candidate

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
