Job Description :-

• Design Leadership: Lead the architectural design process for residential projects, ensuring innovative and high-quality design solutions that meet client needs and regulatory standards.
• Project Management: Oversee and coordinate all phases of architectural projects, from concept through construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, translating their needs and expectations into comprehensive design strategies.
• Team Supervision: Mentor and guide junior architects and design staff, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all architectural designs adhere to local building codes, zoning laws, and other regulatory requirements.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction quality and adherence to design specifications.
• Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, Revit, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, MS-Office, Rhino

Key Requirements

• Experience: 9-14 years of experience in architectural design and project management within the residential real estate sector.
• Education: Graduation in B.Arch or a relevant degree in Architecture.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead architectural teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey design concepts to clients and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Architecture or related field
• Experience with sustainable design practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
