Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

1. Client Engagement & Project Understanding

Engage directly with client our experience center or via online meeting to deeply understand their vision, functional needs, and design aspirations. Translate these into innovative, actionable design concepts.

2. Design Planning & Execution

Lead the entire design lifecycle – from initial concept to final BOQ – ensuring timely, high-quality delivery. Execute designs that uphold both creativity and feasibility while meeting project deadlines.

3. Team Leadership & Coordination

Mentor and manage a team of concept designers. Allocate tasks, review work, and provide feedback to ensure every project meets our creative and professional standards.

4. Cross-Departmental Collaboration

Collaborate closely with sales and estimate to ensure smooth communication and execution. Conduct briefings as and when required to maintain clarity and consistency across all stakeholders.

5. Design Review & Approval

Oversee design outputs, approve final concepts, and ensure all designs are aligned with client expectations and budget constraints.

6. Risk Management & Quality Control

Proactively flag delays or bottlenecks and implement solutions to maintain smooth workflow and quality control across all phases of the design process.

7. Timely Execution & Follow-Up

Maintain strict accountability for design timelines and ensure alignment with client feedback and internal approvals.
