Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Architect with extensive experience in real estate and industrial/warehouse architecture to lead the design and planning of our warehouse and logistics park developments. This role demands a blend of technical expertise, creativity, and project management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead architectural design and planning for industrial, warehouse, and logistics infrastructure projects.
2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, engineers, and external consultants to ensure functional, regulatory, and aesthetic excellence.
3. Develop detailed design drawings, 3D visualizations, and construction documents.
4. Conduct site visits to oversee implementation and ensure design intent is maintained.
5. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
6. Drive innovation in warehouse design for energy efficiency, automation compatibility, and space optimization.
7. Coordinate with local authorities for plan approvals and statutory clearances.
8. Manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines and budget constraints.
