We're hiring an Architectural Designer for our client, Job Title: Architectural Designer Location: Hyderabad (Secunderabad) Experience: 4-7 Years Notice Period: Immediate to 10 days Key Responsibilities: Design Development Work closely with clients to develop architectural designs for industrial buildings like factories, warehouses, and production plants. Translate requirements into functional, aesthetic, and cost-effective designs, ensuring compliance with building codes and standards. Technical Drawing & CAD Modelling Use AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other BIM tools to create detailed design drawings, layouts, and 3D models. Provide detailed specifications for construction materials, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural components. Collaboration & Coordination Collaborate with structural and mechanical engineers to ensure design feasibility. Coordinate between architectural teams and other departments to integrate the design with project schedules and budgets. Regulatory Compliance & Sustainability Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, environmental regulations, and safety standards. Integrate sustainable design practices, including energy efficiency and waste reduction. Construction Support Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure accurate implementation of the design. Troubleshoot and resolve design-related issues during the construction phase. Requirements: Qualification: B.Arch / M.Arch. 4-7 years of hands-on experience with large-scale industrial projects. Software Proficiency: Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and BIM-related tools (e.g., Navisworks). Knowledge: Strong understanding of industrial construction methods, materials, and regulatory standards. Skills: Proven problem-solving abilities and experience leading or mentoring junior staff.
